Gentle Kripalu Yoga

Every Monday and Wednesday afternoon enjoy a 90 minute Gentle Yoga class that includes a meditative centering, warm-ups, pranayama, asanas and savasana to soothe body, mind and spirit. This class is Vata pacifying and offers consistent verbal cueing and instruction so your yoga can deepen over time and bring lasting benefits.
